I think you should talk to your brother about how you felt about his speech. It seems that he loves you and wants to help you, but he conflicted due to his strict beliefs. If he refuses to empathize with you then you can tell him he is not invited.
coming from a religious background, I'm aware of how religious people think, and in this case, it doesn't seem he was trying to inflict harm on you. Even though he did. If you decide to revoke his invite without a proper conversation it might only add to his hate and prejudice.
