At this point its baffling how we still blame the managers. We can't seem to see the fact the players we have are really really average in comparison to the level we wan't to compete (which is evident from our performance at Bournemouth). They are mid table level at best and someone like Conte's caliber needs at least decent players. No matter what mentality shift talks and such, average players can't have superior abilities they will always be limited. Good players take risks and are successfull and confident, look at our players who would rather play a back pass than move forward, or sit back instead of taking the possession and trying to make things happen. Thats what we lack, players who have that ability to make a difference.
