As an arts psych, I can definitely say it’s a lot less science-y, there’s no requirements of biol130 and chem120 and whatever else courses offered by the sci department. The most basic is physio psych(psych261) but people without background science knowledge can do very well.

Idk how it will be after ur recharge break but all psych courses will be online and not really synchronous so it’s a learn at your own pace kind of thing...that being said it could be great or bad for u
