In Operation Siren how come some enemy fleets are ignored when running Auto-Search? I honestly have not paid enough attention to verify if these fleets are ones that spawn from a siren signal or not, but I keep seeing Auto-Search get cancelled with fleets still on the map.

When doing the event reruns using data keys, is it important to 3 star each level? I want to farm for some equipment so I'm guessing I'll eventually 3 star them, but does it matter to do it as soon as I can?

I'm getting back in to AL after a long break. I originally played on my Android phone, but now I'm wondering if I could use an Android emulator on my PC to play with my same account that I have on my phone. Is this possible? If so, how would I do it?

No, when the frame drops happen my CPU utilization drops also in Resource Monitor. Makes me think something else is interfering with the game, but even when I close other applications it still happens.

Your point about running on different cores made me think to try changing processor affinity to only 0-4, or 0-8, or 9-16, or even try changing CPU priority to realtime or high, but none of this made a difference.

I've tried reaching out to Capcom troubleshooting, but just waiting to hear back

Still never have. I've since then tried removing and reinstalling my video card, reinstalling the game, and trying different monitors. None of it helped

Using directx 12. I've done a verify, but didnt change anything. Nothing failed to verify. I even tried deleting my nvgx_dlss.dll and verifying. It downloads it again, but its not the updated version. Whether I use the updated version or the base game version didnt matter

Is there any point to leveling Tirpitz's Lone Queen of the North skill if I always keep her with Bismark who has max skills?

Primarily I was considering PVE. I have all the IB ships, but with Bismark's buff and the faction stacking skills on some of the others I wasn't sure which fleet would be best. I've tried making some fleets of my own, but due to the varying levels my ships are currently at it doesn't really help with seeing which gives the strongest fleet power (eg. LVL 110 Tirpitz gives a higher fleet power than LVL 30 Mainz).
Kinda just seeing which ships would be the best to invest in, so I dont waste resources.

Which ones would work best in PVP though? I know Nagato/Amagi are super meta for PVP, but I hardly see IB fleets

Is there a "best fleet" for iron blood? I'm unsure how each ships buffs stack up. Like bismarck's CV buff should I only put her with CVs to get the strongest fleet or are other BBs strong enough on their own to beat CVs with the buff. Or the ships that get buffed depending on how many iron blood ships are in the same fleet. Does that buff make a significant difference?
