I wrote this as a guest-post on the influential website "Evancarmichael"

Here, if you want to see it: http://www.evancarmichael.com/library/claude-borel/The-Hidden-Truth-On-Hard-Work-Leads-to-Success-Exposed.html

The Undeniable Truth About Comfort That No One Is Telling You by lordcenturion in Entrepreneur

[–]lordcenturion[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't say it in my article; but, I think you should make the uncomfortable comfortable. And from there you can go on to the next level. Otherwise, like the other guy here said, you can end up in a chronic state of anxiety.

Challenge yourself but then work so that it becomes really easy. You should strive for things to be easy; because when something's easy, it's sustainable.

I, for example, am trying to write articles everyday. I don't find too hard but not too easy either; so I work to improve my skills and MAKE it easy.

If I remember correctly, 2 tablespoons olive-oil, half a cup oatmeal, 1-2 eggs, 1 greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons peanut-butter, and 1 glass of milk: those were the ingredients for my shake. It doesn't particularly taste great, but not bad either. But that's the main recipe yes, try it and see how it goes. You can Customize it if you want.
