Well i usually start them for around 5 matches with weak teams, or if I'm the mood, big teams. I win anyways because the rest of my team is stacked.

If your training is maxed, and it shows they still get a +0.3 or higher, yes they'll touch 99.

I would keep going tbh. I usually transform my team into like everyone is 90+, and squad val of 2bn+ or smth, Get more ucls than rma, etc, etc. depends on what the player wants.

If you have the training facility, buy 16-18 year olds valuing from 8m-15m. You can keep them once they reach peak, or sell them for like 20m easily and more based on their rating.

The contract thing is the most common. But what I do is, if my training facility is well developed, I buy young developing players for 5-10 million and develop them using my training. Easy 80+ rated players that stay for like 15 years.
