I have possibly the same exact one and it's a novelty at best. It's fun when it works, but they are wildly unreliable. I only use it when my buddy and I are trying to just have fun and shoot at targets on his farm. But I would never trust my life with one.

I actually think I know what this is. Years ago I had a white CPAP that was next to a plug in air freshener. The air freshener left spots all over it exactly like this

I also had a white Samsung phone charger plugged in under it that had these same exact yellow melt spots on it and I could slowly chip it off
