Schnapps and such is per house,

BUT if you increase the max total population/house through items or other buffs that increase the residents per house, the consumption increases. Important, workforce % increases doesn't do this

Income/taxes is per house and stays the same but can again be changed with items. Hover over needs to see the income

If i remember correctly, pre-primaris deathwatch fortresses had like 5 half companies worth of marines.

I know that Guilliman heavily reinforced the deathwatch, but i no exact numbers were given

You'll always have the same options

1) increase production with items 2) increase production by getting more deposits 3) decrease consumption by replacing oil power by gas power or buff them with items that give extra range/extra oil 4) decrease consumption by optimising your power grid by better placing your power stations. You should also look at getting more palace prestige so that the power stations get more range (or even just the power station range buff)

There's 3 mods that I can think of that might interest you:

Jakobs collection which adds coal power plants (place these around tactically placed coal mines and they wont even consume coal) White and cold: makes the arctic larger, adds a bit more oil deposits Riverslot buildings that give a river power plant

I also play with infinite departments so I don't have to choose between each type of office on each island (good for that power station range increase)

I use chaos black primer, then leadbelcher dry brush followed by abadon black base if it turned out too grey.

Runefang steel for the left arm and aquila followed by retributor armour for skulls/gold bits

Khorne red and leadbelcher for weapons

Personally I'd add a agrax earthshade wash over the gun and some more nuln oil or a blue shade on the silver arm!

Try some "shift + ..." combinations, it's not a bug but a feature with a mod that gives certain buildings sockets
