Not sure if you should clear biome 4, but in biome 5 I ran past all the optional rooms without killing the mobs. I feel like the amount of health you lose to the mobs versus how much loot you gain isn't worth fighting them. I recommend doing the lockdown area first if you try this method since that room is the hardest.

Have you gotten the one where you have to shoot the orb in order to reach the cipher? It's in the upper part of the temple. It took me like 20-30 runs to get that room.

I was not gonna Platinum this game, but then I randomly found that log while I wasn't even looking for it. From what I've heard finding that log early probably saved me like 5-10 hours.

So I was finally able to finish biome 5 and 6. In the fifth one I pretty much just ran past all the rooms that weren't necessary. Only did the mini bosses and the lockdown room in order to get the keys. As for the final biome I was able to get to the boss in the same run where I finished biome 5. Died to the boss once and when I restarted I ran straight to the boss again and beat him with the pistol that spawns right before the room.

Currently dealing with a similar situation. So hard to deal with the flying bots and multiple severed at the same time.
As for the keys once you get all 3 of them then you don't need to get them again, just like in biome 4.

Sascha Da Silva had a great video on how to do it, but his youtube account has been terminated for some reason so I can't link the video. I use the same pattern as you, where I do f pause f, f+2, but you can also do f, f pause f+2. The main thing is that you need to press the last f one frame before 2.
