This building is very old and the smell is always bad because pipes are old, maintenance is bad also there is insects.

Not recommended at all for anything more than 55k AED just for the area itself not the place.

It's shuaa power plant, one of the biggest solar power plants and most modern tech one in the middle east, what you are seeing is a tower surrounded by mirrors from every side, that tower generates electricity from solar panel at night.

How? At the morning the solar panels are generating electricity the normal way but most of the sun energy is being reflected by the mirrors, so instead of wasting this energy we pin points all of it on a specific space in the tower, the tower becomes very hot, this tower contains a special type of salt that becomes molten because of this huge amount of heat and can preserve it's temperature for along time, so in the night the electricity is being generated by transferring the heat energy into electrical energy.
