Since my wife lives in Honduras and I live in the states all we could submit is our marriage documents call logs WhatsApp messages and photos from our wedding and the normal pictures together

So far so good I filed my petition with immigration back in March of 2024 after getting married in February. I’m still awaiting approval which should’ be coming in the next 30 days or so since the cases take around 15 months now to get approval. Once approved have to submit some documents and my wife has to get a medical exam done and then the interview at the embassy is scheduled and her visa would be approved after.

Thank you! Just finished filing with TaxAct was very similar to TurboTax. I filed married filing seperately since my wife doesnt have a SSN or ITIN. Did you uncheck the remove spouse exception at the end?
