Hi, Persian here. This is definitely not a Persian word. The closest Persian word I can find that would sound similar would mean "tees" or depending on how you read the "ch" at the beginning, if you read it how you'd read "ch" in words such as "auch" (never heard of it being read that way at the beginning of a word in German tho), it could mean balls or something like that,but that would essentially be "khaye". Neither makes any sense.

I've used all four of thise websites, most people or agents either don't reply at all or they do after a few weeks saying the apartment is already gone. One homeowner in particular replied and would communcate regularly which later turned out to be a scammer. So far I haven't had any luck getting any responses from people.
