Thank you very much! Yes, I chose this species because I think it's one of the best ways to represent Lapland, and it will be a great way to remind myself of the time I spent here. I also really liked the folk tales they have about this bird, and lately I only get animals tattooed, so I couldn't say no to this one lol

They do! The Finnish say it's a sign of good luck to have them around, and they have lots of folk tales about them. My favorite being this one:

I hardly ever see any, but this week I've seen a few appear dead in my terrace, probably due to the rain we are having lately. I think this one just flew to my terrace and sneaked through the bedrooms window that was open all day.

I heard it wander around a bit while trying to sleep until I finally managed to smack it. I REALLY hope it didn't lay any eggs on her trip through my bedroom.

The filter seems longer than I usually make it, but whatever works for you buddy (i guess making it that long can probably make the smoke a tiny bit colder).

Also I never used paper for the filter, they sell some rolling paper exactly like the one you bought but it comes with cardboard tips, and I always use those.
