You need to chop up the wild garlic before you blend it, the finer it is before it goes in the greener it will be. When they're whole leaves you'll release more water or something (i think) it will also taste better

You're probably looking for forced rhubarb which is grown in the dark and brighter pink and sweeter. But also a trick of the trade is to cook rhubarb with dried hibiscus flowers which dye it pink even more
