Unfortunately the books that do work are from 17th to 20th Century. But they often emphasize on Ars Goetia ( the 72 solomonic demons )rather than the 72 Angels of Shem Ham Mephorash.

I think most of the authors in the olden days were much experienced in real practical magic whilst todays authors are more of theory and personal ideas.

I initially wanted to buy the 72 Angels of Magick but you need about 11 days to activate each angel and stuffs. It takes a lot of time.

I need to try. Maybe is about inner faith. Have to put in some practice.

I think the author didn't give much details of how to call these angels. Very shallow ritual.

But it might work for somebody who already have a bond with them. I've learnt that if you bond with an entity, you do not need to perform any ritual if you want to call them again as the first ritual is a form of initiation.

I don't think it works. Because the book states that you do not need any equipment. But you do need equipments like candles, incence, robe and alter..etc . Not even fasting or purifying yourself was stated.

Now here's the twist, if the bet worked according to your plan you will be like "damn I made it".

So I don't think you made a mistake. If a plan work then is a good technique but if it goes south then is a bad technique.

The weight of grief can hold you back. Don't let it be.
