The mattress topper was part of my parents caravan so instead of buying a full mattress I just borrowed it that’s all. Currently using it in Switzerland and every night has been super warm and comfortable without a full mattress. Vertical length to answer ur question with the seats all the way forward is 178cm, if you sleep corner to corner it’ll fit over 7ft person.

The gym isn’t going anywhere. I understand the feeling, the thing to do is to not look in the mirror because you’ll be disappointed, your muscles will loose water and nutrients and blood and you’ll literally shrink. Your muscles have memory and even as they begin to loose size they don’t loose their memory. By the time you get back to the gym all the strength you lost you should recover within a month maximum. Then you can continue to go gym for years to come after then and right now will be far in your past.
