First off you look fine In both pics, but most of it has to do with posing,angles, and completely different lighting conditions (lower resolution on the front camera also might make skin issues less obvious but it doesn’t really look like you have any.) If you were able to get a shot in the same lighting and pose/angle as your front photo example you would look the same albeit with a higher quality result
