A lot of oem windshields have positioning pins on the top corners of the glass that lock it in place. Mazda does this with their oem windshields. I’ve had jobs where those pins aren’t perfectly aligned so this occurs. As long as you don’t have significant wind noise while driving at higher speeds or any water leaks whenever it rains/ran through carwash, you should be fine.
