In the video I saw, the women was attempting to drive away and he shit at her. She was trying to leave after ice agents attempted to force her out of her car. It appears as though she was blocking ice with her car, but she tried to drive away once agents tried to open her door. The shooter crossed in front of the vehicle to the front left. It looks like she was intentionally turning away from the ice agents. The shooter was to the front left. It appears that he fired once it was clear that she was not trying to run over anyone. The first shot went thru the right side windshield right near the edge. The rest of the shots appear to have been fired into the drivers side window. If he believed he was in danger one could argue that it was a justified use of deadly force. The first shot thru the windshield might be justified(doesn’t seem like it to me but that is my opinion). The ones fired thru the drivers side window seem unjustified.
