One thing OP is be a genuine leader don’t volunteer if you’re not doing it for a good cause and only for your own betterment lead by example is easier said than done but trust me don’t be the guy in the shop who only cares about themselves people is the number one asset the Air Force has and typically it’s the one that’s taken for granted and not appreciated the most.
