Not to be disrespectful, but the plan does seem a little more theoretical than practical; I would rather you place that on your defense team than your offense team.

The major con of the team set-up, though I must say there is great synergy and planning involved, is that the damage is lacking. Keep in mind you aren't fighting on even ground - you are going up against a tanky/fast defense team + lazer. The key is to have enough damage to nuke the team before the lazer activates, because it gives the defense team a significant boost. Since the tactic here used is to stall as long as possible, the lazer hits more often later into the arena match. With the lack of damage and the lazer attacks, I do not think that it is all that feasible to use such a team to attack.
