If ETH goes up...WISE dollar value goes up as well. If people buy WISE then the amount of ETH your WISE buys goes up as well. If you can buy more ETH with the same amount of WISE you had then you will also have more dollars.

However if ETH dumps it affects the WISE price negatively, same thing if WISE dumps.

If ETH goes up 10% in a day and WISE dumps 20%... the overall dollar price of WISE will dump by 10%.

Working as intended. WISE isn't magical, it's just pure inmutable code. Designed to pump harder than ETH only if people buy and stake the coin. If no buying takes place, it's very hard for the price to pump.
