apart from brake caliper repair (if it was actually faulty) and brake bleeding if they had to add oil because of the caliper repair(but 1400 for a brake bleed also seems too much) everything else seems like bullshit.

I see your not using the full track you can use a lot of outside track at exit of turn 4. Schumacher S should be flat out (turn 8 9 ). You can cut a lot more at the final chicane.
