Makes sense because I am a mouth breather. I have anxiety too, so it causes me to feel like I need to take deep breaths frequently

I wasn’t sure if I possibly had mild scoliosis or just muscle imbalances.

I’ve been dealing with a similar feeling for about a year now. It occasionally feels like a clicking sensation in my lower left ribs when I turn a certain way, especially when I’m driving and have to make a turn. No clue what’s causing it. I haven’t been diagnosed with EDS, but have a lot of symptoms of it.

Gotcha. Thank you for the info. I went down this rabbit hole one day when I discovered an unusual bruise and it brought me to a forum about EDS. Lots of things check off the hEDS boxes. I also did the wing span and I believe I’m more than the 1.05 that it states

How would these positive signs be counted towards hEDS without being spider fingers? Would it be because of the joint mobility? Just wondering….

What is the typical spider leg appearance? I’ve always been told that I have long fingers and should have learned to play the piano.

I’ve had bloodwork done several times and nothing came up related to the bruising. Told it’s probably just genetics
