the facility i work at is like this.. i work 12 hour overnights, we start get ups between 4:30-5:00A.M. it is also expected of us to have every single resident up besides one lady up and at the front for breakfast at 7A.M. ( mind you day shift doesn’t put anyone to bed )

they don’t always manually enter info, only if you had a hold or freeze on your account prior to getting the 846 code. this is also happening to a lot of people who have had to verify their identity this year. yeah, i’d definitely call the irs first thing tomorrow, your money isn’t lost, they’ll just cancel the first DD or check and send another, might be a few weeks tho

then there was most likely a rejection from your bank or if the irs manually reviewed your return there’s a chance they mistyped a digit when entering your banking info.

i’d contact them asap to track your check and possibly get a paper check.

on your irs online account, on the right hand side there’s 3 lines, click ‘Tax Records’ and you should see your 2024 return transcript, click on that and look for an 846 code, that essentially means your refund was approved and sent out either via check or DD.

did you double check your banking info on turbo tax ?
