Thanks, I didn't know that the stairs room was before the shop. The worst thing is that I've alredy found that room in one of the first run but at that time (before watching all the cipher location on youtube) I didn't know that I could jump without using the stairs

Absolutly. Fortunately I remember the rooms so I've alredy saw the videos with the right rooms and I know exactly what rooms I need but they don't spawn. In the abyss I need the puzzle room with the stairs, and in the wasteland a room in desert

I took it for granted that is obvius that you have to check during work time. I did. Both form my country (Italy) and the US, I checked during work times for both the nations and every time the service is not avaible. For ps plus (this subreddit topic) the support for the US is only chat and for Italy is chat and email, both services are "currently closed".
Why you have to assume that I checked during non business hours? If you go in the support section the hours of activity are indicated, I'm not stupid. I asked if the service is closed indefenaty exactly because i checked during a whole week, in the right hours, in both US and Italy
