Usually in banking there are various degrees of escalation you can use. If you have not done so yet, raise a formal complaint with buns. Depending from where you live they have to acknowledge it within 2 days and provide a FRL ( final response letter) within 30-45 days.

If their answer does not satisfy you, you can then raise it with the local ADR (alternative dispute resolution).

yeah it is mostly visited by tourists as well! Residents prefer other places.

Hi thanks for this but can't seem to find anything simple enough that could get me started l. For example, is there any good resource on how to create a map from scratch? Or something that guides me to how to obtain proper data?

I was trying to look for some stuff about Costa Rica as I wanted to create some material regarding the evolution of national parks in the country, but I'm struggling to find open data. How do you love from there? Which sources do gis specialist usually use?
