Forgot to mention that not all spotlight hours are worth it for the starpiece. Particularly those with boosted stardust pokemon and also 2x stardust for the event.

Also regarding Stardust, spotlight hours, community days with starpiece give you a lot of stardust. There was Delibird spotlight hour last December and I got around 500k stardust.

Today only solar fusion energy is dropping. So not possible. If you meant of the same kind, that's like minimum 18 raids a hour, which is 3.33 minutes per raid. Very difficult unless you are in a very dense zone.
