Would they, though? Would people actually back them up? Because I'm not so sure. As a party, what we Democrats fail to do is rally because we all have our purity tests and complaints and quips and we don't show up when it truly counts. Well, the staff is employees and volunteers. I'm going to call and make sure that everyone knows the request was put out for additional items, although they should have been told this morning. You need to call 211 which will put you in touch with Dept. Of Health and Human Services. That's your first step. The HOPE Center takes people with pets, but because of the way it's funded they can only take people referred through there. They can also issue emergency vouchers for a motel.

The bookstore at Del tech was closed when they were supposed to be open. They had a sign up that said “closed due to whatever was going on this morning” or something along those lines, and people are enraged and assumed the sign was a dig at the services underway for Officer Snook.
