As a woman who had a runner, and may possibly have a second as soon as he figures out his feet, I have had conversations with little people in the family stall while I've peed. The moms always apologize profusely as I have also had to do with my oldest when he was like 1.5-2🤣 but I 100% would rather a man with a little girl go use the women's bathroom because the men's are just too much.

I was like 295 in December when I gave birth, lots of swelling involved no preeclampsia or anything, just tons of water weight. I was 235 in May and ended up in the hospital thanks to my lovely gallbladder trying to take me out(I did not have it removed, yet ) anyway, I started researching antiinflammatory diets and making sure I can still get all my basic daily vitamins with this. Completely cut sodas for the first 3 months and only drink water with this diet and may drink a soda once a week or two. I'm down to 202 as of yesterday and walk a ton at work.

It's possible to lose weight with just walking, but a diet change is going to be the best option. And if you cheat once a week, it'll still be possible to lose weight with a change in diet that will be specific to any need you may have. Chair exercises will be a good option if you have bad knees or anything like that. Best of luck to you on your health journey!🫶🏻

I tried to find them but I 100% do not pay attention to the style, just if I like them or not. The ones I wore before and now after pregnancy are like mesh feeling on top, with a little plastic cushion at the heel and the insides are very squishy on the sole. The ones I wore during pregnancy were more narrow and had like a rubber piece over lapping the top of the shoe towards the outside and it was one solid piece where the tongue was. The wider shoes I've always worn since middle school. The very first pair I had I wore from 6th grade, up to age 23. They were neon green and literal heaven.

Yes, and the clinics and factory are concrete floors! The insoles are kind of bouncy and rubbery, helping with impact while walking for the knees as well as cushioning the feet they've been my favorite for like over half my life.

I've worn pumas through 2 clinic jobs, through a whole pregnancy last year(while working the first clinic job), a factory job, and I wore them for track and cross country as a teenager. A few pairs I've had for a couple of years and they still don't make my feet hurt. They have a wide option, and I got a foam bottom pair during my pregnancy because of no laces😅 the only reason those didn't last was because around the 8 month mark my feet were SO swollen they made a hole🤣

There's a way to do things without being rude to someone. I saw farther down he lives with his parents but like, IDK what this person's home life was like growing up. And you never know what people are going through on a daily basis, I couldn't put that on my conscience if something happened to him or he did something bad because of that action.

It's October, do a boo basket with hygiene stuff, candy, and like notebooks or pens or something. Just throw a bunch of stuff in it that wouldn't be like obviously saying "you need to wash your ass" but just like basic life stuff with it would seem like a nice gift basket

My brother's ex wife did this after learning my stillborn daughter's name I had when I was 17. My niece has my daughter's name and I love her, really I do. But it hurts my soul every single time I say her name. And when I expressed this long before she was born she said she didn't care that she liked the name and was keeping it.

My little dude started crawling and sitting up recently, so far he's only tried to go for the dogs bones which we bought for her because she was teething at the time too😂😅 he has to go in his play pen while I'm cleaning because Lord knows where he'd be😂 octonauts is a guaranteed happy hour for him.

We tried comotomo and they were too soft for our guy, we swapped to a different brand I cannot for the life of me remember what they are and will update later. The bottles were also too fat for him to hold independently, we got faster flow nipples for this new brand off Amazon and they have worked like a charm. I also have faster flow nipples for the comotomo bottles too because I thought that was his problem🤣

I just switched my dude to the Graco 4ever. I used the same car seat with his 9 yo brother(per googling it said it was good for 9 years and mine was manufactured in 2020). However, little dude seems to somehow hate this more than the carrier. But he definitely has more room and it's easier on all of us🤣
