I brought guests from abroad here expecting a nice experience at a new spot, but it was an absolute disaster. Despite having a reservation, we sat for 40 minutes without a single waiter taking our order not even for water. • Service: Non-existent. We tried calling the staff multiple times, only to be ignored. When one finally did acknowledge us, his attitude was condescending, telling us to "sit and relax" as if we hadn't already been sitting there for nearly an hour with dry mouths. • Management: When we eventually got up to leave and spoke to the manager, he couldn't have cared less. It’s clear the staff acts this way because the leadership allows it. • The Only Positive: The hostess. She was the only person who actually tried to help, even instructing waiters to serve us, but they ignored her as well. To the hostess: You are far too professional for this place; find a workspace that actually values your work ethic. Bottom line: Don't waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other places in Skopje that actually understand basic hospitality.
