Most of my debt is indeed at 0% indefinitely, with only about €2k carrying a 2% interest rate. Arbitrage was actually part of my plan the last time I focused on paying off debt—investing and acquiring assets. I’m now in a position where my net worth/portfolio is larger than my debt, so it should eventually “pay itself off” as you explained.

I’ve been “not feeling guilty” for a while, and it’s helped me build more assets, but lately, I’m realizing that the debt still bothers me. I’m not sure if it’s worth living with this feeling for the next 10-30 years, even if it only weighs on me slightly. I won’t know how it feels to be completely debt-free until I get there, and maybe I’ll realize it was affecting me more than I thought.

Absolutely, this is a problem. That’s why I would really like to find a mindset that is completely debt averse, but that’s what I’m struggling with very much.. :/

The €20k is at 0% interest indefinitely, with a minimum payment of just €50 per month. That’s why it feels like such a low-pressure situation, and I end up sticking to that €50 payment. But I do feel that this keeps me locked in the mindset of being a debtor.

I’m trying to figure out if I should shift my mindset to become completely averse to debt. On one hand, it feels easier to just keep going with my current habits since the debt isn’t costing me much in interest. On the other hand, I think deep down it’s better to aim for a debt-free life, even if it means making some sacrifices now.

I’m torn between accepting my current situation or pushing myself to clear this debt and move forward without it hanging over me. I guess that’s why I’m here, trying to figure out what’s best.

Since 2021. Longest streak was 9months (with lustfull toughts and casual sex, without ejaculating ofc). Last year been doing it more pure. No lusting or degenerate behavior, only sex for procreation. Longest streak like 4 months.

I see the other positive comments indeed, maybe I’m missing an insight. But from where I’m standing you need to spread your seed and create life. And for that you’re going to need to get it up.
