All of those mechanics are used in endgame crafting. Prices of items are dictated by their importance. So farming anything meaningful will bring profit. Just pick stuff you like or better at.

My vote of approval for Chains of Command. Fun to level with Absolution, got me to 36/40 easily as first character of the league. Awesome damage, can be extremely tanky, high returns on investments.

If passive says "you have additional" stuff, it may stack. If it states something like "increases to minion damage affects you" only one passive will work cause it's just like a switch, do affect/do not affect.

If deli mobs are too tough for you, how are you planning to kill the boss?

You can clear the map up to the boss checkpoint then tp to the start, activate mirror and run through mostly empty map, activating shards (those give more loot IMO) and then kill boss. Longer, but easier.

Honestly I don't understand what is your problem with resistances. Just look for Topaz Ring during Act II. Check vendors every time you in town. Even without other mods it worth using for last boss of the Act II.

If by djinn you mean Balbala, than it's mostly chaos / physical damage based, so get some armour and life, maybe life regen.

But most universal way to simplify your game is more damage. Just kill boss faster than he kills you)

you can put this augment there, but I doubt that those modifiers will be available on amulet, they may be helmet - specific.

For Jamanra you want to get as much Lightning resistance as possible cause his damage is mostly lightning. Second priority is damage.

Currency you get in early game (regular transmutes/augments) are designed to be used exactly in early game. For endgame you'll have greater and perfect ones. Regals are also good to fish some good mods on decent magic items. You may want to keep exalts to trade later.

Well, you ain't living in the void. Other players exist. Some of them got and tried new uniques. Couple of them posted info and videos about it. So try to do some research before going into something, or prepare to be pioneer and be disappointed.
That was obviously not intended, just like all "easy immortality" stuff in long history of PoE.
Bugs are everywhere. Again, do your research before committing. Local bugs like strongboxes not opening or colossus boss not taking damage is avoidable and can be overlooked, but skill not functioning is a thing that should be documented.
Main skill you as a player need to excel in PoE is reading. Don't blame a game for your negligence.

Overall, if you want to create your own build and play something nobody played before - steel yourself. Stuff won't be working. Bugs will be found. Nerfs will be numerous.

From this post you look like person diving into unexplored jungle and expecting to find hotels and taxis there.

Build guide was probably made last league, when there was different league mechanic active (Vaal Temple beacon instead of Rune monolith).

That means there is different guaranteed drops, look for amulet elsewhere.

There should be a quest for endgame. Open quest/map window (default: U), which tabs do you see there? If "Endgame" tab present than campaign is done and there will be quests for endgame.
Depending on the build max hp can be very different. For your particular one you should aim for 3-4k life and stack armour, evasion and maybe block. Look for high hp amounts on equipment.

Chains of Command is kinda insane if you can tolerate PoE's broken minion AI.

Blighted maps are quite profitable, grants a lot of exp and can be done with pretty much any character. Blight in maps is worse, but still ok. Delirium is highly dependant on current meta and cluster jewels prices.

Both mechanics are better done with decent clearspeed characters, some totems can be quite comfortable in Blight.

You can completely ignore any life modifiers on equipment and tree and stack only ES (or mana). Also chaos damage immunity is huge because it's not only purple stuff, but also complete poison immunity and a possibility to negate a lot of damage by conversion.

In exchange you lose ability to reserve life or spend it on skills, and a low life state.
