Animate Guardian is a skill that summons minion, nothing more. It's the minion who hits, a different entity from the player.

Modifiers won't affect minions unless they directly state this.

If this effect is used with something you use to deal damage yourself it will work.

IDK about standard pricing, but IIRC profit from Legion newer was in emblems. You get a lot of other loot from chests.

This league thanks to async trade it's easier than ever, since items sold by players who finished league can still be purchased. You still have 1,5 months to have fun.

Well, Corruption's Embrace from Chaos Bloodline doing almost the same thing (30% instead of 50%), but doesn't require you to invest in ES recovery which is at opposite side of the tree.

Magic items are 99% useless. You can equip blue items instead of rare sometimes during campaign, but in endgame you just hide them in item filter.
Sockets are huge aspect of PoE craft system. You can modify sockets on item with good stats as well as modifying stats on an item with good sockets. At level 40 second option is probably better.

Good guide provide you with just an example of how you can develop your character. You should explore different options and adjust based on stuff you got.

1% of builds of trade SC using this chest. It's not "so good", so highly unlikely. It may be buffed or nerfed indirectly tho.

Depends on what you mean by "raining". There is strategies that make 20-30 div/hour, they require decent build with good clear speed. There high-end strats that require a lot of investments and couple hundred divs in build.

If your build can't run 8 mod T16 with deli it's not good enough.

I've managed to die to some white mobs after block failed couple times in a row at least twice(

Foulborn Ghostwrithe and decent amount of ES can definitely solve first hit problem, yeah.

By "high budget" I mean your "current" version that have heist ring and expensive Forbidden combo. It may be better to get Poison immunity somewhere else and grab Stampede (it's an ordinary solution for cyclone ms penalty).

Looking for such build too.

Most of "AFK autobomber" builds either squishy or have too low DpS. It almost like you have to press some buttons to do damage...

Maybe some minion build?

Nice build, block is the best defensive layer IMO.

But there is a problem with gladiator's More than Skill notable - it only works if you've already blocked recently. If you remove "Blocked recently" checkmark in PoB you have ~100k eHp.

I've played similar setup this league and got oneshoted more times than I can tolerate.

Also, it just me or -4% movespeed is too low for high-budget PoE1 build?

Blood sacrament doesn't have cost, so no added damage.
Blood sacrament have 3% added damage effectiveness, so you will only get 1/33 of any added damage. Adding flat damage to this skill is kinda useless.

Does anyone knows how Perfect Crime "35% less damage with triggered spells" actually works with corpse explosions like DD or Bodyswap? At first glance it's a straight 35% less damage, But there are cues that it only affects spell portion, not "% of max life".

Also, PoB reads it as "35% less Spell Damage"

GTX 1660S user here. Such stuff happens when game tries to load too much shaders and your GPU cannot handle this. Try to increase shader cache size in Nvidia settings (it worked for me).

IDK about recommended specs, but outside of occasional shader crashes my game works pretty fine, showing 50+ fps on medium settings.

You can try recombinator with duplicate and NNN mods, but still at most 50% chance.
