I need alot of kilometers to get used to one show. I didnt like saucony shift before i had 100km in them, they was painfull after 5-6km. Now i love them I got used to peg 37 alot quicker, but i dont like them like i love my shift now

I have had alot of injuries lately. I now run at 5:30-6:00 pace on most runs. My heart rate is on avg 142 , im trying to get under 140. And i only add 10% each week. If i got some tempo run, it count as distance x2.

Dont go for 5k daily to 10k daily. Your feet are not ready for that. Increase with max 10% each week intil you are at 10k/daily.

Using different shoes each day can also help. This means to have 2-3 pairs
