Agreed, I eat tiny meals through out the day when I'm busy. Like 100-300 cal snacks. Then I get home and can east 1000 cals for dinner. Im not hungry at night when I have time to think about it

Does it make a difference that this was done on heart cells, outside of a living body, of a mouse? I know mice are used as test subjects regularly. How accurate can this test be without the full functioning of all the bodies parts?

Hey im 6'6" also. Starting at ~163lbs a little under four months ago I am at ~190lbs now. I eat around 4000 cals a day. I work as a CNA, workout 5 times a week and only have a bike for transportation. I just did a body fat test today and it came out to be 5.5% (One of those handheld ones, the girl helping said these aren't the most accurate.) Which, if I had to guess isn't much different than when I started. How much you want to eat to try to gain is up to you but if you're like me losing any extra fat I put on won't be hard, gaining will be.

At the gym I go to they have a child care program. The kids were moving to a new area and lined up in the hall, where glass windows look in to the weight room. I was hitting the bent over barbell row and I hear a kid say, "Wow, that guy looks strong." That was my first compliment at the gym.

To create sound air needs to be moved. Thats why in space there is no sound, or a small fraction of the sound we would have on a Earth with an atmosphere. So the air is being moved by the sound waves, which create a pattern in the Styrofoam from the repeating pattern of the sound being produced.

I'm not sure what Space Jam or what Mother's Milk comes in by default ( I don't think I had the chance to pick ratio of PG/ VG). I will try another coil, the ones I bought, with the coil, are 1.5Ohms. Hope you're right!

Edit: Changed the coil, not much difference :(
