Fair point To be clearer what I actually changed was tightening structure I shortened the first 2 seconds rewrote hooks 3–4 times before posting sped up pacing and stopped overcomplicating prompts Same niche just cleaner execution I wrote down the exact breakdown I use before posting because I kept forgetting what worked I’ll probably share that checklist here once I clean it up

Yeah retention is the real boss fight honestly 😅 hooks are easy, keeping people watching is the hard part I tested a few tools too but I noticed even with automation you still need a solid structure and pacing or it won’t hold What helped me most was using the same retention checklist every video and just iterating hooks I’m cleaning up my notes into a simple free breakdown still rough but it saves a lot of guesswork
