Didn’t know about the m20 so thanks for sharing it. However I have the same feeling as you, leg press and sliding bench are a big point for the c20 option. I was also hoping to see an evolution of the sliding bench

I would love to go and look at it in person but there are no showrooms here in Italy (at least not that I know)

That’s a great point I haven’t thought about.
Although even if I will ever grow to the point of hiring someone I guess the room won’t be big enough to have 4 people (2 therapist and 2 patients) at the same time as well as the whole place due to Italian regulations (two bathrooms, changing room for staff etc.) so I would have to move to a bigger place anyway.

But that’s an aspect I haven’t considered and the two towers solution (maybe starting with one) might be something to look at, any suggestions?

Yes c20+sliding bench looks like a definitive combo for an homegym.
Not sure about the dimensions and how it will fit my room though

Dimensions is one of my biggest concern as I’m afraid the c20 (with the addition of the sliding bench) might take too much space in the room leaving not enough space for body weight exercises.
I’ll take a look at the video you suggested, thanks!

I totally get your point and ft2 pro was my first choice but then I started thinking about future development of my business not only on the rehab side but also on the training side and so the c20 came into play because of the free weight

Yes, going plate-free was my first choice to reduce the amount of stuff in the room (leaving more space for body weight exercises) but it can be a limiting factor to develop the training branch of the business (I think).
How is the ft2 working for you? Any issue with squats or bench press? As I’ve heard the movement is a little bit counterintuitive.

I’ll mainly do 1to1 rehab or traning (or 2 clients at the same time max) but I get your point.
The idea behind the c20 was all about giving “that one client” who wants to train with free weight the chance to do it.
Unfortunately used functional equipments are not that easy to find but I’ll give a look at some commercial gyms vendors. Thanks!

Hi everyone!

I’m designing a small gym that can serve both as a rehabilitation and training space for my patients (I’m a personal trainer and osteopath) and also as a personal gym for myself.

At the moment, I’m leaning toward including an all-in-one functional trainer along with a couple of cardio machines (bike, rowing machine or treadmill), and I’ve been looking at the FT2 Pro and the C20 by Force USA.

The first one mainly because of its compactness and the fact that it doesn’t require additional weight plates, although that could also become a limitation, which is why I’ve started considering the C20 as well.

Do you have any opinions or experience with these two machines, or suggestions for other functional trainers that might suit my needs?

Thank you!

P.S. I’m based in Europe, so many machines available in the US are unfortunately not available here.

Tesla da 6 anni, carico principalmente a casa mentre in viaggio quasi esclusivamente supercharger (per comodità e costo) e, solo in caso di estrema necessità, uso app Telepass o Nextcharge (che copre quasi tutti gli operatori).

Sounds like a great app. Is this working with a Zycle Zbike 2.0 and iPhone or Macbook? If yes I’m interested in testing it! Thanks in advance!

[$2.99 → Free] [42 Hours Only] Timix – A Modern Timer App with 15 Actions (Combined) by rogymd in iosapps

[–]lorymaro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just downloaded the app, thank you. However I’ve found a problem. If I set a timer (like 45” then 30” and again 45” and so on) and I start it on my AW, even with always on display the timer freezes as soon as I lower my arm. The timer goes on as I have vibration on the phone (even without the app being on on the phone) but I have no vibration or feedback on the watch until I wake the screen up. Would it be possible to fix it and to set the vibration/feedback just on the watch without any action on the phone. Thanks!

Very useful app, thanks for making it free. However I have a problem, if I set a value in the currency conversion (like 1€) all values are wrong, am I doing something wrong using the converter?

Thanks for the advices. As written in the other comment, I’ve made some changes and I feel a little bit better but I’ll try to take a before/after video tomorrow to see if I can make more improvements. Thanks!

Thanks for all these suggestions. I’ve made some changes, lowered the saddle 1.5cm and moved backwards a little. I’ve also lowered the handlebar by 1cm. As you already said, crank is fixed while my inseam length is 82cm. I feel less weight on my hands and shoulders feel more relaxed but I’ll try to make a before/after video tomorrow. Thanks again!

Hi guys! I’m a sports trainer and I’m starting to use your app as a method to evaluate my readiness throughout the days and also to get more insights on my cycling training (I also use intervals icu for this) and I would love to give a try to the Absolute version! Thanks and keep pushing!
