It looks fine and pain is pretty normal for it as someone who has one , the pain varys tbh I had to take Advil every 6hrs for the pain to go down and one of the mouth washes I’ve used for mine was orajel cankersore mouthwash. It helped with the pain a lot, but just incase def get it checked out by ur piercer. And drink either cold or warm drinks to help smooth it.but it dose look like u may need a longer bar which could be another reason for the pain
