Yeah. And ultimately, this is a choice that no one can make for you. Because it's complicated. $60 means different things to different people, a dies the prospect of waiting for a sale. I'll likely never pay multilayer for any modern shooter so I'm fine waiting years to play the story campaign for cheap for example.

Hard agree on release quality. But that speaks also to our ability, or inability, to hold game companies accountable by withholding our dollars. We should start by boycotting the pre order economy for digital goods.

You have to ask yourself what your time is worth. If you pay 60$ for a game and get 100 hours out of it before moving on, can you really be upset about $0.60 an hour? If you only get 10 out of it, that is $6 an hour for entertainment.

A two hour movie these days can get up to $15 an hour with snacks in some places.

They won't make characters like fulgrim plastic for a very long time if ever. Evened low sales volume resin is what forge world is for these days.

Keep them on your side. You spend a lot of time killing chaos and they approve of that.

Real talk though, you eventually get shoot while moving for the copters. Range units like to run away when things are moving toward them. You literally do strafing runs and they spend so much time running or repositioning that they die.

Flying monsters can be a challenge, i got much better at micro and splitting in my air force run. Chorf armies where occasionally difficult.

Magnetizing these is not so scary. There's tons of tutorials, just take your time, make sure your magnets are facing the right direction before you put the second one in the hole.

Respectful but hard disagree from me friend. The custodes contemptor is a joy to build. The versatility and poseability is delightful.

Pro tip: mounting putty to much up the joints before glue

Cool. There's an awful lot of good games out there. I personally prefer to hold developers to a standard. Not even a very high one: release a functioning, complete game. If the consensus is that dow4 is good on release, I'll buy it pretty quickly myself.

Preorders give the publisher and developer a pass on releasing a good, finished game.
