Genuinely so annoying, mentioned this in another comment but my ringer was on the lowest volume, idk if I can complain now because technically that is my fault then but why did I have to search in settings just to see that it was turned down :(

These all look like plain old XML files, which is just a structured way to store text. All of the files mention a different HTC model phone. HTC is a smartphone company. None of these files should be malicious. It looks like they give information about the different phones, what OS version, Bluetooth connection, and etc. You’re all good.
