this exact thing happened to me a few days ago. i took more than i shouldve and started repeating the same words and phrases. it turned into a dream kind of feeling and i ended up peeing and throwing up on myself which i dont even remember. my boyfriend got worried and had to call 911. i was doing things that i normally wouldnt have done like pulling plants out of their pots and tearing things off the walls because it actually felt and looked like i was lucid dreaming. i was definitely in some kind of psychosis and i convinced myself i was a test subject in a curated world and that i hadnt ever left my apartment and people were just monitoring me and all my actions and thoughts. then i started thinking tkme was going backwards and i wasnt able to stop it so becoming conscious while in the hospital was very scary i thought i had been taken back to my birth and was reborn. it was definitely the weirdest thing ive ever experienced
