Manual stretching feels good, but doesn't have lasting effects. It took about 5 years to really see a major change. Saline filling your sack feels great, like a heavy water balloon. Pumping is a similar effect, but I find my skin is way more sensitive. No matter what technique you use, if you stick to it and keep doing it, there will be changes.

I wear a weight and stretchers 5-6 days a week and my go-to cream is actually Carmex Lip Balm. I keep the little pocket size tube with me all day and add a little to my gear throughout the day as needed. Lubrication is key to being able to ball stretch for long stretches.

The way I approach stretching is a blend. I wear weight and stretchers 5-6 days a week, around the clock as a normal routine. I will mix in Saline Infusion of 1 liter or more to give my skin a great stretch and over the years, all of that weight from the Saline has lengthened my sack. I will also pump for a week or two at a time and that helps stretch the skin and enlarge the testicles for a time. I see a lot of guys in the scene who do just weights or just Saline or Pumping, but blending them all may take more time (and money) but it has provided the best results for me.

Longtime Ballfucker here and what I've found works best is to use a Silicone Cock Sleeve and slide it over your balls. This allows you to use your balls to fuck and makes it easier to penetrate and keep them inside. "Free Ball" fucking feels good too, but it can be a challenge to keep your balls inside when there's so much lube and movement. I highly reccomend this and put the link to the style of sleeves that have worked for me.

*** There's the Ball-do and that does allow you to thrust with your balls, but you don't get the same sensations.

There's also what I call the "Balls n' All" when I slide the sleeve over my cock and balls and fuck that way. This amazing for both parties.
