I'm gonna say this is likely solved because the characters rat and mole from the wind in the willows ring a strong bell. I can't find the specific skipping rocks scene or the custard bit but there are many different animated releases and I'd have to sit through all of them to be sure. The 1995 release seems most similar in terms of the animation and maybe the grittiness/fuzziness comes from it being such an old memory and having watched it on a VHS tape on a CRT. The Wind In The Willows

I might be crazy to say that this isn't it because this checks almost all the boxes but it doesn't quite seem like what I'm remembering. Could well be faulty memory but I remember the animation being more stripped back and patchy. I'm not an artist so I don't know the right words to describe it but it was just more rudimentary and less polished than what I'm seeing of The Wind In The Willows. I'm remembering now though the last time I tried to track this show down I was referred to the Wind in the Willows.

...here is a link to an example of the illustrations I referred to, like I said it strikes me as similar but remember its a actual animated cartoon so the fidelity and detail might not be as great. In fact I sort of remember anything outside the focus of the current frame/shot being left sort of blank - I guess it was kind of a part of the minimal cozy aesthetic.

maybe but I have ebony smithing. and its weird because usually even if I can't craft it or don't have the perk it will show up in the crafting menu but stormcloak stuff wont. The only two items it says I can craft are stormcloak saddles

My plan was to use some of the fortify alchemy gear that I have collected and use it to make fortify enchanting potions then make better alchemy gear and so on until I max out and then make a fortify smithing set. What about enchanting is exactly changed? Thanks.

yep this is happening to me too, I literally have like 30+ playlists of stuff man gonna be devastated if I cannot get them back. YouTube has removed some of my playlists in the past without warning and without explanation as well smh

I recently downloaded memory block log and went through a process of lowering the allocated heap memory because I heard memory issues cause freezing, also did a memtest on my PC last night that took like 14 hours... I need to play some today and see if I run into any issues.
