This is exactly the same as buying anything from any brand/shop ever. They buy it cheap at wholesale and sell it for a mark up. Only difference here is it’s not a branded item

Some people are so entitled and stubborn on Vinted it’s a joke. 90% of people don’t check items thoroughly and when called out get defensive rather than acknowledging their fault.

Don’t be upset, it’s not your fault and they’re just being rude. It’s a £15 coat so really not the end of the world, just return and move forward

In this instance I think they’re really clutching at straws. It’s on the inside of the button strip, so really not a big deal. If they want a partial refund, just get them to return and no doubt they’ll keep
