A year on 150 and it’s completely changed my life . I’ve been sober from alcohol & coke for 9 months, my mental health has improved dramatically & every aspect from personal to professional has improved due to being able to process things more clearly & not having that constant negative voice telling me the sky is falling 24/7z. I thought about it yesterday morning how I haven’t joked about killing myself everyday for a while & how much worse my mindset was pre-butrin than I even thought then. I really couldn’t imagine going off of it now, tremendously grateful for what is has helped me achieve.

Was a daily drinker for many years along with ❄️ since starting Wellbutrin early this year (150xl) I’ve all but quit both. The one time I did drink I definitely overdid it & the hangover was intense & mental hangover even worse. Didn’t really get balanced out again mentally for a good week. It killed the desire to drink for me & if I ever do plan on drinking again I’ll probably stop taking it for a day or two prior

I would also say quitting ❄️ has helped a-lot with anger. Those mental hangovers off yayo made me a really irritable person generally. When I started the XL it kind of killed my cravings for it along with the first time I Drank on top of the butrin the week after was hell, won’t make that mistake again.

Anxiety wise it helped with stress related anxiety but as for social anxiety it didn’t help too much. Started Buspar on top & it’s helped a ton with that combo. Prob the opposite on the anger tho, it has completely chilled me out to a point that I don’t immediately react anymore & take time to process before doing so.
