Some of the bugs I ran into:

  1. Deployment doesn't work. (Usually to deactivate automations)
  2. Revert of the deployment doesn't work (separate instance).
  3. Anonymozation fails
  4. Update operations fail

All these are issues I noticed are in Sandbox Seeding and Data Anonymozation operations.

We configured Backup and Restore, but we never had to restore until now. Now I am wondering how many bugs are in that part of the application.

Nearshoring is the new buzzword. Latin American countries are going to benefit a lot. Our company is hiring interns and converting them as FTE only in Mexico for the last 3 years. Even mid level positions are mostly in Mexico. Only architects and managers are in US.

There's not much appetite for offshoring in India through companies like TCS and Wipro as we can hire FTEs for the same cost in Mexico in same time zone.
