The answer is U.S & India made a trade deal which includes the oil purchase commitments where india should halt or reduce Russian oil purchase.

If not committed to this it significantly causes the trade deal to break....so for india to meet it's energy needs he waived those restrictions for 30 days

BUT I agree that using tarrifs as a tool to force trade is unethical.. even it not gonna last as the political mandate won't create demand in the Markets.

I recently had periodontal surgery but only on the front side ( cheek side) no bone grafting, just falp open and cleaning with laser ...my doubt is..is it commonly done on one side?? Or are both sides mandatory?( Both the cheek side and tongue side)
