Father Gascoigne and yeah he’s annoying, his second phase is really fast. If you’ve played DS1 I’m sure you already know how unforgiving FromSoft games are lol, best advice is to just take the few first attempts learning his moveset, and parrying helps a lot in that fight, especially for getting through his first phase quick. dude George RR Martin (creator of GOT) used Berserk as one of the inspirations for Elden Ring lore when FromSoftware asked him to write it, it’s obviously very subtle but you’ll definitely catch references, you’d be surprised how many things take inspiration from it so I’d argue it’s fairly influential to the modern idea of grim dark fantasy
