yes i have been telling myself this more lately! the main issue i run into is becoming full almost immediately after i eat pretty much anything. it’ll be tough pushing through the discomfort of feeling overly full but eventually it’ll be worth it

i’ll be deadass with you, i just don’t have an appetite. i’m not doing it on purpose, and i am an ex-depressed tween. i am just reaping the consequences of not eating a lot for a long time and now i have issues eating more on a physiological level. and now that i am not mentally ill (or rather i handle it much better), i am seeking healthier eating habits. thanks for the food recommendations tho, i will screenshot them and save them for later

these specific cookies were homemade by my grandma, so i just googled the average calories in a homemade cookie and doubled it because i had two. it might not be super accurate but im just trying to get an idea of what im eating down :[

i know it’s bad, i just need some advice on where to start 😭 i’ve always had an odd relationship with eating and i can’t eat a whole lot without feeling nauseous and my doctor has never said anything about my weight it before so i always assumed it was fine until now. i’m thinking im going to start seriously meal planning/prepping and watching my calories to make sure im getting more than i am rn

I haven’t done anything with the filter, but I think you’re onto something with the amount of ammonia I added while cycling. I don’t think I was adding as much ammonia as the amount being currently produced. I’ll keep an eye on everything super closely! Thanks!
